Role – Senior Product Manager
Payscale – 28-36+LPA +ESOP
Experience – 4y+
Location – New Delhi ( Remote joining available but relocation required after COVID)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Product
- Define product strategy end-to-end
- Be a customer success champion, constantly talk to our customers, potential customers to understand how the product should evolve, what should be prioritized and create the entire roadmap
- Ensure that other developers in the team understand the impact of their work on business and end-users
- Be accountable for timelines and raise any red flags early in the development process to avoid last-minute delays
- Document product stories, and share them with the tech team
- Find out ways in which the product itself can be so intuitive for the businesses to minimize the requirement of manual intervention.
- Create and built the entire analytics framework, build & expand the product vision and ensure customer success.
